FamilyTech Help FAQ

Who is FamilyTech Help for?

Parents, grandparents, older adults, caregivers, adult children, and family members who want plain-language technology organization and guidance.

Do the products work offline?

The included offline HTML help center and PDFs work without internet after the package is downloaded or the USB is connected. Treder Tech links require internet.

Do you store passwords?

No. The organizer records account names, recovery methods, and storage locations, not passwords or backup codes.

Is the Rescue USB a repair drive?

No. It is a safe guidance and organization USB, not a bootable operating system or advanced repair drive.

Is a USB drive a backup?

It can hold a copy, but it is not indestructible and should not be the only copy of important files. Test more than one copy.

Can you guarantee recovery?

No. Products are educational tools and do not guarantee data recovery, account recovery, scam prevention, or device repair.

How does personal support work?

Use Treder Tech on the web or Android to send a request with the device, exact message, recent change, and what you already tried. Internet access is required.

When will purchase buttons activate?

Payment Links are active. Digital products are delivered manually by email, and USB products are prepared and shipped after payment.
