Delete your BakPak AI account and data
To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line BakPak AI data deletion request.
Please include the email address, account identifier, or other identifier used in the app if you have one. Deletion requests are reviewed and handled as soon as reasonably possible.
What can be deleted
Deleted data may include:
- saved memories
- profile details
- app settings
- uploaded media
- transcripts
- AI history connected to the account
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] and include the information needed to find the data you want deleted. If BakPak AI does not currently use a full account login for your install, you can still request deletion of any data associated with your device, email, or account identifier.
What happens after a request
Once the request is verified, the associated data will be deleted or scheduled for deletion as soon as reasonably possible. If follow-up is needed to confirm which data should be removed, you may be contacted by email.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, app store purchase records, or backup integrity.
