BakPak AI is a private memory app for saving notes, memories, profile details, photos, audio, and related content.

BakPak AI is built to help you save personal memories and ask questions about what you have saved. The app may process your saved content so it can store memories, answer questions, and support AI features you choose to use.
Information BakPak AI may collect
BakPak AI may collect content you choose to save in the app, such as:

- photos and other uploaded media
- audio recordings
- transcripts
- AI prompts and questions
- app settings and preferences
You choose what to save. BakPak AI is not meant to collect more than what is needed to run the app and related features.
Memories and profile details
Memories, profile details, and similar notes are stored so you can review them later, search them, and use them in AI features. This content is part of the app experience and may be used to help BakPak AI understand what you have saved.
Photos, audio, and media
If you upload photos, audio recordings, or other media, BakPak AI may process that content to store it, show it back to you, create transcripts, or generate summaries and suggestions.
AI features
AI features may process saved content and questions to generate summaries, answers, transcripts, or suggestions. That can include the text you enter, the memories you have saved, and related context needed to respond.
Please avoid saving content you do not want processed by an AI system.
How data is used
BakPak AI uses data to provide the app, save memories, answer user questions, improve reliability, and support user requests.
Data sharing
Your data is not sold. Your data is not shared with advertisers.
Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, database, AI processing, and app store services. Those providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.
Data storage and security
BakPak AI uses reasonable safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. I try to keep the app and its data handling simple and practical, and I only keep what is needed to run the service.
Data export and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and saved data through the delete-account page. Depending on how you use the app, that may include saved memories, profile details, app settings, uploaded media, transcripts, and AI history connected to your account.
Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.
Children's privacy
BakPak AI is not intended for children under 13.

This policy may be updated from time to time if the app changes or the way data is handled changes.
